Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Parent Portal at portal.sdsgriffith.com and its mobile app (together, “the Portal”), operated by Shannon’s Dance Studio of Griffith, New South Wales, Australia (ABN 29 360 188 962). By creating an account or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• Accounts are for parents and guardians managing their own family’s enrolments.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Account page in the Portal.

Using the Portal

You agree to use the Portal only for its intended purpose and not to:

• access data belonging to other families or attempt to bypass security;
• upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content;
• disrupt, overload or interfere with the Portal or its infrastructure.

Enrolment, fees & payments

Enrolments, class fees and payment plans are set by the Studio and shown in the Portal. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fees, refunds and studio policies are as communicated by the Studio; enrolling through the Portal is a request that the Studio confirms.

Availability

We aim to keep the Portal available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or suspend features from time to time.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Portal. The Portal supports—but does not replace—direct communication with the Studio about your child’s classes and welfare.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
